Email problem in Outlook

Some prefer to select the message and then press Shift/Delete together. If you do this, you message will be deleted without being sent to the Deleted items folder. 

It is also possible that many undeletable items which does not contain any virus invites various flaws in the anti-virus scanner. This can prevent all email problems in Outlook.
